Marcellus Mosley II
Marcellus focuses his practice on municipal law and litigation. He serves as the Deputy City Attorney for several cities in Northern California, including Bishop, Citrus Heights, Colusa, and Nevada City. Marcellus advises clients on administrative adjudication, government contracts and real estate matters, conflict of interest issues, Pitchess motions, code enforcement, and the drafting of municipal ordinances.
Prior to joining Jones Mayer Marcellus worked in real estate private equity. He has substantial experience in development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
Marcellus graduated from Washington University School of Law and is licensed to practice in California and Texas.
