Cary Reisman currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of Bradbury. He also serves as a Deputy City Attorney for La Verne and Gardena and represents several nonprofit housing providers and TCAC partnerships, including serving as General Counsel and Landlord-Tenant Attorney for West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation since 1989.

Mr. Reisman was a Partner with the law firm of Wallin, Kress, Reisman & Kranitz LLP from 1980–2019. He joined the law firm of Jones Mayer as Of Counsel in 2019.

Mr. Reisman has been a landlord-tenant expert for more than 40 years. He began his career as a Staff Attorney, Directing Attorney, and Senior Attorney at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, specializing in consumer law and landlord-tenant law. He joined the law firm of Telanoff, Wallin, Kress & Dikes (eventually to become Wallin, Kress, Reisman & Kranitz LLP) in 1980. Those firms represented the Los Angeles County Housing Authority as General Counsel, and Mr. Reisman handled some of those responsibilities, as well as tenant relations and unlawful detainers.

Mr. Reisman previously served as Liaison Counsel representing 78 cities (together with two other attorneys) in United States vs. Montrose Chemical, a large CERCLA class action lawsuit, City Attorney, Redevelopment Agency Counsel, and City Prosecutor for the City of Maywood, and as City Attorney for the City of Los Alamitos.

Mr. Reisman has served on California Continuing Education of the Bar panels on consumer law, landlord tenant law, and real property law. He assisted Judge and Justice Norman Epstein (retired) in establishing the Los Angeles Landlord Tenant Court and has also served as a Judge Pro Tem for it and for small claims courts.
