Victoria K. Lembesis joined Jones Mayer in September 2025, as a Post-Bar Law Clerk, and practices in multiple areas, including civil litigation and municipal law.
Her interest in pursuing a legal career was first inspired by an undergraduate course taught by a retired judge, which provided valuable insight into judicial reasoning and courtroom procedure. This experience ultimately led her to write her senior capstone examining communication styles between judges and attorneys in the courtroom.
Before attending law school, Ms. Lembesis gained early exposure to the legal field as a file clerk at a firm specializing in insurance defense. During law school, she continued to develop her litigation skills as a law clerk, focusing on labor and employment law as well as insurance defense matters.
Ms. Lembesis earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, in 2025. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, summa cum laude, with a minor in Public Relations from Loyola Marymount University in 2021.
Ms. Lembesis was admitted to practice law in the State of California in December 2025, and was promoted to Associate Attorney following her swearing in.
Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Lembesis enjoys reading, baking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
