CLIENT ALERT MEMORANDUM OF JULY 20, 1999
It has come to our attention that in the above Client Alert Memorandum we did not include the citation of the United States Supreme Court’s decision regarding Brady. The citation which should have been included was Strickler v. Greene, 99 DAR 6091.
