Jeremy Warren is an associate at Jones Mayer. His primary practice areas include litigation of civil rights actions, police representation, torts, and personal injury claims.
Mr. Warren is a former deputy district attorney and has experience prosecuting serious and violent felonies, gang cases, and juvenile court cases. He was also in-house counsel for two corporations. Mr. Warren specializes in the defense of law enforcement agencies and officers in civil rights lawsuits, including allegations of false arrest and excessive force. He has trial experience in both state and federal court in criminal and civil cases.
Mr. Warren received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1998 and began practicing law the same year. While in law school, Mr. Warren participated in the trial advocacy and appellate advocacy programs and was also a certified intern for the Sacramento County District Attorney. Mr. Warren received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1998. He joined the law offices of Jones Mayer in 2022.
