Marleigh N. Aulis joined Jones Mayer in September of 2023 and practices in multiple areas, including labor and employment law, tort liability, and state and federal civil rights. 

As a member of the labor and employment team at Jones Mayer, Ms. Aulis has experience with issues regarding PERS, Meyers-Milias Brown Act (“MMBA”), the Peace Officers Procedural Bill of Rights Act (“POBR”), and the Firefighter Procedural Bill of Rights Act (“FFBOR”). She has investigated allegations of harassment and hostile work environment for multiple cities. She also serves as Deputy City Prosecutor for multiple cities.  

Ms. Aulis graduated cum laude from the Chapman Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2022, graduating in the top 15% of her class. She received a merit-based scholarship, as well as earned the CALI Award of Excellence for Contracts, Civil Procedure: Practice Lab, and Legal Analysis and Writing. In 2019, Ms. Aulis graduated summa cum laude from Concordia University Irvine as an Honors Associate and received Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
